Scouting for Nature -Available Year Round!

Explore Hershey Gardens with a scavenger hunt created specifically for Scouts! The hunt which satisfies some Brownie and Junior Girl Scout requirements provides a closer look at the outdoor themed Gardens and indoor Butterfly Atrium. “Scouting for Nature” is available to all Scouts – Gardens admission must be purchased to complete the hunt. Once completed, scouts will receive a Hershey Gardens patch for their achievement. 

Scout troops of 5 or more scouts are eligible to receive a discounted rate.

Badge Workshops

Calling All Girl Scouts! Join Us for These Girl Scout Workshops
Registration is required
and includes admission to Hershey Gardens and the Butterfly Atrium for the day. Please note that general admission tickets are required for accompanying family members.

Brownie Scout “Bugs” Badge Requirement Workshop
Sunday, September 7 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Complete badge requirements during “Bug-O-Rama” at Hershey Gardens. At least one adult is required to register and accompany each troop, or individual Scout.
$15 per Scout; $13 per Scout leader

Brownie Scout “Senses” Badge Requirement Workshop
Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Explore the Senses Garden and Historic Rose Garden while completing requirements for the Brownie “Senses” badge. At least one adult is required to register and accompany each troop, or individual scout.
$15 per Scout; $13 per Scout leader

Registration is required for both workshops, starting August 1.
