Surround your guests with natural beauty at Hershey Gardens. From a charming, intimate outdoor wedding to an indoor reception in the Conservatory’s Educational & Horticultural Wing, Hershey Gardens is the perfect setting. Our 23 acres will be the perfect backdrop for your wedding and an ideal experience for your guests.

All wedding rentals include: 

  • Access to Hershey Gardens (and the Butterfly Atrium, during normal business hours) 
  • One hour of rehearsal time
  • One hour in the Gardens for photographs on the wedding day
  • Admission for all your guests on the wedding day
  • A tent (April – October), which holds up to 120 guests* for a seated reception
  • Choice of five outdoor wedding ceremony locations (listed below)

Ceremony & Reception Sites

A variety of ceremony and reception sites are available in the Gardens and inside the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory.  You are welcome to pair any ceremony site with your reception location. Please note that both the event tent and Educational & Horticultural Wing have a maximum capacity of 120 guests for a seated reception.  

Ceremony Sites

Gazebo, Oak Grove, Perennial Garden, & Seasonal Garden (April – October)200 guests seated

Wedding Rental Fees

Facility rental fees include the booking of the selected space for your ceremony and/or reception.  Fees do not include catering costs. All pricing is subject to change.

Ceremony Only (Year-round)

Available Times: Friday – Sunday, two hours between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (all ceremonies must conclude by 2 p.m.)

Reception Only 

Available Times: Friday – Sunday, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. (all receptions must conclude by 10 p.m.)

Ceremony & Reception Combination

Available Times: Friday – Sunday, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. (all receptions must conclude by 10 p.m.)
